This database enables us to identify the best-qualified registrant who meets the specific requirements of our clients needs for short or long-term assignments on international development projects. You may be:

Ø Freelancers or individual consultants

Ø Employees whose organization are prepared to release them to serve JUST Consultants, or

Ø Retired persons with special expertise and experience, and others

Registration requirements

If you would like to register, you must have the following:

• Qualifications: at least a Bachelor degree, preferably a Masters and/or PhD in relevant fields.
• Work Experience: at least five years project-related experience with national or international development agencies.
• Country Experience: some overseas experience in developing countries for international positions.
• Language Skills: fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Personal Qualities: to be able to work in difficult conditions as individually or a part of a team, flexibility and adaptability, strong cultural sensitivity and strong interest in working in international development.
